FIFA 20 removed football player cards after he uttered a Nazi salute

FIFA 20 lost the cards of Dutch footballer Marco van Basten after he pronounced Zig Heil. This happened during an interview with Fox Sports, where he acted as a visiting expert. The channel suspended Van Basten from work until December 7, and his salary for this period will be donated to charity.

EA also reacted to what happened. The publisher has notified FIFA 20 users that all three Marco van Basten cards will not be available until further notice. They have already disappeared from the auction, but so far they can be found through the search.

Marco van Basten is a Dutch soccer player and coach, now FIFA Technical Director. He played for the clubs Ajax and Milan. In 1988, he won the European Championship with the Netherlands.
