EA Sports announced the 31st week team in FIFA 19. The highest ranking among the represented football players were Manchester City club midfielder Kevin De Bruyne and Napoli defender Kalida Kulibali. In total, the developers improved 23 player cards.

Cards receive improvements for getting players on the team of the week. The progression is shown since the release of the game in September 2018.
