UEFA and Electronic Arts Organize eSports Champions League

Electronic Arts and UEFA will hold the eChampions League FIFA 19 tournament with a prize pool of $ 280 thousand. This was reported by Esports Insider.

The eChampions League tournament will begin with online qualifiers scheduled for March 2-3. The 64 best players will receive a ticket to the LAN tournament, in which eight participants in the final competitions will be determined. It will take place on May 31 in Madrid – the day before the final of the 2018/19 Champions League at the Wanda Metropolitan Stadium. Finalists will assemble teams from players who played in the group stage of the Champions League.

The winner will receive $ 100,000 and 850 FIFA 19 Global Series points. The tournament will be held on the PlayStation 4.
